System Creation and Spontaneous Order in the Development of Southern Zhejiang Mountains in the Qing Dynasty:From the Viewpoints of the Centennial Lawsuit of the Qing Tian Zhong Clan and Wu Chuchun's "View of Customs"
Qingtian County in southern Zhejiang was one of the areas that suffered the most from war in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.After the end of the war,the mountainous areas regarded as the"last frontier"of agriculture were gradually developed.With the large-scale influx of immigrants for a long time,there has been a climax of cultivation.In the 56th year of the Kangxi,Zhong Shifu came to Gaoxie Village and joined the reclamation army.His descendants were involved in lawsuits that lasted for over a hundred years.Wu Chuchun,who served as the county magistrate in the 38th year of the Qianlong,wrote various articles titled"Customs",depicting the historical landscape of litigation Rising and Rampant violence during the mountainous development stage.Based on the Zhong's lawsuit and the Wu's customs,this paper discusses the institutional innovation and spontaneous order of the villagers in the process of reappearing the history of mountain development,combined with the existing research results in the academic community.
