Building a Financial Strong Country:Research on the Integration and Development of Modern Financial Ecosystem and Industry
Against the backdrop of accelerating the construction of a financial powerhouse,it is of great significance to build a modern financial ecosystem that drives the development of a modern industrial system.The structural conno-tation of the modern industrial system with Chinese characteristics has put forward higher requirements for the con-struction goals of the modern financial system.However,there are still some shortcomings in the current financial system in terms of financial innovation,financial technology application,financial inclusive and ecological construc-tion,financial supervision and risk prevention,and international development of finance.Based on theoretical foun-dations such as the Tinbergen's Rule,Modern Financial System Theories,Financial Constraint Theory,and Public Choice Theory,a modern financial ecosystem is constructed according to the development requirements of the mo-dern industrial system.Starting from the financial market element system,organizational system,legal and regulato-ry system,environmental system,and infrastructure system,a systematic financial ecological structure system is cre-ated.Strengthen the Party building in the financial system,lead by Party building to enhance the combat effective-ness of the financial organizational system,and create an open,inclusive,healthy,and lively financial culture.At the same time,focusing on the three main structural entities of"government-industry-finance",we will construct a modern financial ecological operation mechanism that adapts to the modernization of China's industrial develop-ment,pay attention to the balance between market mechanism and interest coordination mechanism,and fully con-sider the necessity of government governance constraints and the coordination of government interest motives.
