Research on the Intellectual Property Strategy for Cultivation of Future Industrial Innovation Ecology
The future industry is an important concept explicitly proposed in China's 14th Five Year Plan,which involves major technological innovations and industrial incubation that lead cutting-edge technology,disruptive technology,and common technology.It is currently a highland of international competition and an important aspect of China's development of new quality production capacity.The future development of industries is based on a sound innova-tion ecosystem and this ecosystem needs to be nurtured through effective means and strategies.Based on the exclu-sive property rights of intellectual property in law,the characteristics of production factors,business resources,and intangible assets in economics,and the strategic implications in market competition,the cultivation of China's fu-ture industrial innovation ecology needs to stand at a strategic height,fully utilize intellectual property strategies,and comprehensively promote intellectual property creation,protection,utilization,and management strategies.
