不同热端温度对低温热电制冷试验箱制冷性能的影响

Effet of different hot end temperatures on the refrigeration performance of low temperature thermoelectric refrigeration test box

为优化低温热电制冷试验箱的制冷效率及降低其冷热端温差,理论计算了热电制冷片热端温度为 56.18℃和 27.31℃时电流、电压、冷热端温差对试验箱制冷性能的影响.建立了三维数学传热模型,模拟了 3 种热电制冷片布置方式对制冷箱温度分布的影响.结果表明:当热端温度由 56.18℃降至 27.31℃时,低温热电制冷试验箱的制冷量由 150.2 W降至 139.5 W,制冷系数由 4.41 降至 3.09,冷凝温度由-22.30℃降至-41.90℃.可见,热电制冷片热端温度的降低能够获得更低的冷凝温度,较高的热端温度拥有较好的制冷性能.
In order to optimize the refrigeration efficiency and reduce the temperature difference between the cold and hot ends of the low temperature thermoelectric refrigeration test box,the effects of current,voltage and temperature difference on the refrigeration performance were calculated theoretically under the hot end temperature at 56.18℃and 27.31℃.Three-dimensional mathematical heat transfer model was set up,and the effect of three kinds of thermoelectric cooler layout on the temperature distribution in refrigeration box was simulated.The results show that when the hot end temperature declines from 56.18℃to 27.31℃,the refrigerating capacity decreases from 150.2 W to 139.5 W,the refrigerating coefficient decreases from 4.41 to 3.09,and the condensing temperature decreases from-22.30℃to-41.90℃.In addition,the theoretical results prove that the reduction of the hot end temperature of thermoelectric cooler can produce lower condensing temperature,and the higher hot end temperature has better refrigeration performance.
