摘要

利用电力测功机和自然吸气汽油机组成的测试平台,通过设计的 4 种火花塞对发动机点火性能进行了实验研究,结果表明:发动机点火平均需求电压与发动机的负荷、火花塞间隙相关,间隙每增大 0.1 mm,平均需求电压上升约 1 kV.发动机点火需求能量与发动机的转速、负荷相关;点火可用能量相对于点火需求能量需要保持一定的余量;过渡工况点火电压和点火需求能量均低于稳态工况.点火线圈充磁时间与点火能量之间近似呈线性变化,只有当充磁时间减小到40%以下时,燃烧稳定性才会产生显著劣化.

Abstract

An experimental study on the engine ignition performance using a test platform consisting of an electric dynamometer was conducted,and a naturally aspirated gasoline engine with four types of spark plugs was designed.The results show that the average demand voltage of engine ignition is related to the engine load and spark plug gap,and the average demand voltage increases by about 1 kV for every 0.1 mm increase in gap.The demand energy of the engine ignition is related to the speed and load of the engine,the available energy of the ignition needs to maintain a certain margin relative to the demand energy of the ignition,and the voltage of the ignition in transition condition and the demand energy of the ignition are lower than that of the steady state condition.The ignition coil magnetization time and ignition energy are approximately linear,and the combustion stability will deteriorate significantly only when the magnetization time is reduced to less than 40%.
