According to the operational requirements and site conditions of the supporting natural gas supply project in the demonstration project of Minhang combined-cycle power plant,the technological process of pressure testing and pigging drying of high pressure natural gas pipelines is discussed,and the operation steps and key points of each stage are introduced in detail.The selection of auxiliary equipment(pressure pump,water tank pressure booster)in pressure testing,the setting of exhaust port and the use of pig tracker in the process of clearing and drying are emphatically analyzed,which has reference to similar projects in the future.
