Prevention and Emergency Management of Third-party Damages to Buried Gas Pipeline Network
In the process of new reconstruction of municipal engineering, the accident risk of buried gas pipeline network caused by third-party damages is increasing.According to the theory of risk coping strategy, targeted management should be implemented for third-party damages. The monitoring and warning system is improving from the two dimensions of risk"avoidance"and"reduction".At the same time, artificial intelligence technology and data retrieval are used to refine the accurate application of new technologies for gas pipeline network risk identification, positioning and emergency repair to improve the emergency management mechanism and avoid the occurrence of third-party damages.
