In recent years,gas pipeline accidents caused by third-party construction damage have occurred frequently,bringing a serious threat to gas safety.Preventing the third-party construction damage has become a critical work in the safety management of urban gas enterprises.Accidents caused by the third-party construction damage of a gas company in recent 3 years are statistically analyzed according to the pipeline type,pressure range and destruction way.Through the analysis of the external and internal causes of three typical cases caused by third-party construction damage,the preventive measures,and practice-experience and the third-party damage prevention prospect are proposed,which are shared with peers,aiming to improve the gas safety management level of urban gas enterprises and prevent safety accidents.
