Practice and Exploration of Talent Structure Optimization in Energy Enterprises
Talent,as one of the most important resources of enterprises,is fundamental to enterprise's development.Scientific and reasonable talent structure can enable enterprises to keep creative and dynamic to promote high-quality development.The optimization and adjustment of talent structure involves many elements such as enterprise strategies,talent planning,compensation &benefits,talent training,development & promotion mechanism and work environment.Taking a state-owned energy construction enterprise as an example,it adopts the methods of discussion,questionnaire surveys and SWOT analysis to analyze the current situation and existing problems of talent structure in the case enterprise,explores measures to optimize talent structure of the enterprise to promote high-quality development.
