摘要

无损检测作为一种管道质量检测手段,能够采用多通道漏磁检测技术,利用内检测爬行器进入管道内部,检测出管道外壁腐蚀状态,从而判定在用管道健康状态,为管网评估和改造工作提供可靠依据.详细介绍了漏磁探头结构、漏磁检测系统以及进入管道的连箱结构的组成和功能.通过钢管缺陷试样和模拟带压检测试验,验证了该系统的检测有效性.

Abstract

As a method of pipeline quality inspection,non-destructive test can adopt multi-channel magnetic flux leakage test technology.The external corrosion in pipelines can be detected by using the internal detection crawler to enter the pipeline to track the health of the pipeline in use,and provide a reliable basis for the evaluation and renovation work of pipelines.The magnetic flux leakage probe structure,magnetic flux leakage detection system,the composition and function of the junction boxes structure are introduced in detail.The system validation is verified by steel pipe defects sample and simulated pressure test.
