摘要

近年来,随着天然气用气量的增大,管道压力不断提高,部分含调压设备门站内的天然气管道容易出现变形与上浮,冬季时尤为严重,为天然气场站的安全供气埋下了隐患.结合上海天然气管网有限公司的多年实际运营情况,分析得出天然气管道冻胀变形是调压装置节流效应所致,相应提出4种治理或预防天然气管道冻胀的技术性预防措施.分析这些预防措施的利弊后,建议防止天然气管道冻胀应从规划设计阶段做起,生产投运后要加强监测,发现问题及时整改,以确保天然气场站的安全平稳运行.

Abstract

In recent years,the pipeline pressure is increasing as the natural gas consumption is increasing,which results in the deformation and flotation of some natural gas pipelines in gas station with the pressure regulating devices,especially in the winter.It brings the hidden hazard to the natural gas station safety.Combined with the actual operation situation of the company,it concludes that the natural gas pipeline frost heave deformation is caused by throttling effect of the pressure regulating devices through the analysis.Four technical preventive measures are proposed to address or prevent the frost heave deformation of natural gas pipelines.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these measures,it is suggested that the frost heave prevention of natural gas pipelines should start from the planning and design stage.The monitoring should be strengthened and the modification should be implemented timely after production and operation to ensure the safe and stable operation of gas stations.
