摘要
随着城市老旧小区改造及新建小区规划推进,管道燃气大规模普及利用,使得燃气安全隐患日渐突出,特别是近年来燃气安全事故频发多发.据统计,约70％的第三方施工破坏燃气管道及设施的事故发生在住宅小区.防范和减少住宅小区燃气设施第三方施工破坏是燃气管网运行安全的重点.分析了住宅小区第三方施工时燃气管道保护的现状,包括管道基础信息缺失、保护责任不清晰和监管力度不足,同时针对分析提出了相应的措施及建议.
Abstract
With the renovation of old residential communities,the planning of new residential areas,and the large-scale utilization of gas pipelines,the hidden danger of gas safety have become increasingly prominent,especially gas accidents have occurred frequently in recent years.According to statistics,about 70％of third party construction damage to gas pipelines and facilities occurred in residential communities.Preventing and reducing third-party construction damage to gas facilities is the focus of gas pipelines operation safety in residential areas.It analyzes the current situation of pipeline protection during third party construction,including lack of basic information,unclear protection responsibility and inadequate supervision,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions based on the analysis results.
