膨胀节作为一种能自由伸缩的弹性补偿元件已广泛应用于燃气管道系统中,但在长期的运行中部分产品因材料结构、使用工况、疲劳载荷作用等出现了裂纹、应力腐蚀开裂甚至泄漏等现象.详细介绍了碳纤维复合材料补强修复技术的现场应用情况,验证了其修复效果和密封性;通过万能试验对比机检测,分析了膨胀节补强前后的力学性能,包括形变量、抗拉及抗压性能等,客观评价了碳纤维复合材料对膨胀节补强修复的可行性和局限性.这为今后类似燃气管道部件的维护提供借鉴.
Research and Application of Carbon-Fiber Composite Material on the Reinforcement and Repair Effect of Expansion Joints
Expansion joints,as a kind of elastic compensation element that can be freely extended and retracted,have been widely used in gas pipeline systems.However,in long-term operation,some products have cracks,stress corrosion cracking and even leakage due to material structure,working conditions,fatigue load,etc.This paper introduces in detail the field application of carbon fiber composite material reinforcement and repair technology,and verifies its repair effect and sealing performance;through the detection of universal test comparison machine,the mechanical properties of expansion joints before and after reinforcement,including deformation,tensile and compressive properties,are analyzed.The feasibility and limitations of carbon fiber composite material for expansion joint reinforcement and repair are objectively evaluated,which provides reference for the maintenance of similar gas pipeline components in the future.
