针对输油场站储罐健康状态影响因素多、统一定量描述难等问题,提出了一种基于FMECA(Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis)的评估方法.从输油储罐的FMECA报告中提取影响储罐健康状态的初始事件,根据初始事件类型,通过专家打分的形式得到隶属度向量,并利用灰色度关联分析法得到各因素权重,进而确定健康状态等级.
Health Status Evaluation Method of Storage Tank Based on FMECA
Aiming at the problem that there are many factors affecting the health status of storage tanks in oil stations and it is difficult to describe them in a unified quantitative manner,an assessment method based on FMECA(Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis)is proposed.The initial events that affect the health status of the tanks are extracted from the FMECA report of the oil storage tanks.According to the type of initial events,the membership vector is obtained through expert scoring,and the weight of each factor is obtained by using the gray correlation analysis method to determine the health status level.
