燃气施工企业的常规燃气工程具有小而散的特点,而其中的场站工程又区别于常规燃气工程,具有明显的单项工程特点.结合工程特点如何设计针对性的激励机制,解决场站工程考核激励一致性问题是探究的重点.通过实施场站工程目标责任制考核,设计场站工程价值创造和管理提升与激励结果之间的量化关系,实现考核与激励的强关联,促进组织绩效的提升.
Exploration and Practice of Quantitative Evaluation Incentive Mechanism for Gas Station Projects
Conventional gas projects of gas construction companies are small and scattered,while the station project is different from conventional gas projects and has obvious characteristics of single construction.The focus of the study is how to design targeted incentive mechanism combined with the characteristics of the construction project and ensure consistency in assessment and incentives for station projects.By implementing the target responsibility system for station projects,the quantitative relationships among the value creation,management improvement and the incentives of station projects are designed to achieve a strong correlation between assessment and incentives and promote the improvement of organizational performance.
