摘要

经济的快速发展和市场化竞争让国有燃气企业在人才队伍建设中的短板日渐突出,导致人才流失逐年加剧.国有燃气企业若想推动可持续性高质量发展,必须在人才队伍建设上下真功夫,系统、全面地解决"选才、育才、用才、留才"这四个关键问题.针对这一命题,围绕所在企业的现状引出思考,看问题、找原因、细分析、出主意、寻对策,展开对国有燃气企业人才队伍建设的进一步探索.

Abstract

Under the background of carbon neutrality,the rapid economic development and fierce market competition have made the shortcomings of state-owned gas enterprises in the construction of talent teams increasingly prominent,resulting in the intensification of talent loss year by year.If state-owned gas enterprises want to promote sustainable and high-quality development,the construction of talent teams is taken as an important work and the four key issues of"whether there are talents,whether they are easy to use,whether they can be used,and whether they can be retained"are systematically and comprehensively solved.In response to this proposition,it is expected to focus on the current situation of the company to lead thinking,look at the problem,find the cause,make detailed analysis,give advice,and seek countermeasures,and further explore the talent team building of state-owned gas companies.
