In municipal gas pipelines,buried gas valves are still manually operated due to differences in specifications and sizes,scattered installation locations and long-term exposure to sewage and sludge immersion in the operating environment.The aim of this research is to develop a mobile quick valve switch device to replace existing operating methods for achieving fast valve opening and closing,improving gas rush-repair efficiency.Applying R&D equipment to practical operations can improve maintenance efficiency by over 80％,save labor costs by over 50％,revolutionize valve control operations and promote technological progress in the industry's instrumentation and equipment.
