This article elaborates on the connotation of the concept of"pragmatic planning",and provides a detailed introduction to the background of the preparation of the"Special Plan for Shenzhen Natural Gas Pipeline Network and Station System(2018-2035,Secondary High Pressure System)",as well as the natural gas supply system,gas consumption prediction,and planning scheme in Shenzhen.Based on the experience gained during the project preparation process,the article shares the relevant experience of using the concept of"pragmatic planning"to carry out project preparation.
