城镇燃气管道泄漏扩散规律模型的应用研究

通过数值模拟的方法,结合管道检验中实际情况模拟出沙壤土、黏土、粉质沙土 3种环境下中压燃气管道泄漏情况,并进行现场实测对比.然后,经对数据进行归一化处理,结果表明:天然气在不同孔隙率土壤中扩散规律存在差异,土壤粒径越小即燃气泄漏扩散范围越小;在泄漏点附近土壤中天然气浓度呈非线性衰减等规律.这为管道安全检验及评估提供可靠理论支撑.
Application Research on the Model of Urban Natural Gas Pipeline Leakage and Diffusion Law
Through numerical simulation method,combined with the actual situation in pipeline inspection,natural gas leakage of in medium-pressure pipelines in sandy loam,clay and silty sand is simulated,and the field measurement is compared.Then through the data normalization process,the result shows that there are differences in the diffusion rule of natural gas in different soil porosity.The smaller the soil particle-size,the smaller the diffusion range of gas leakage.The concentration of natural gas in the soil near the leakage point shows nonlinear attenuation law,which provides reliable theoretical support for pipeline inspection and assessment.
