摘要

介绍了一种集成化、智能化的新型车载天然气泄漏检测装置.该装置集成了升降底座、电动云台和检测指示模块.在设计上采用了剪叉式升降底座配套电动云台组合的方式,可实现360°水平旋转和上下45°竖直方向旋转,大幅提高了装置的灵活性和检测范围.其检测模块通过激光气体遥测仪和摄像头协同工作,实现激光输出中心与图像输出中心的重合设计.与现有技术相比,该车载天然气泄漏检测装置在提高检测效率、扩大检测范围和适应复杂环境方面具有显著优势.

Abstract

A new type of integrated and intelligent vehicle-mounted natural gas leakage detector(integrated lifting platform,electric gimbal and indicator detection module)is introduced.In terms of structural design,the scissor type lifting platform is combined with the electric gimbal to realize a 360° rotation and 45° vertical rotation,which greatly improves the flexibility and detection range of the device.The detection module works with the cooperation of the laser gas telemetry device and camera to achieve overlapping designs of the laser image output center.Compared with existing technology,this vehicle-mounted natural gas leakage detector has significant advantages in improving detection efficiency,expanding detection range and adapting to complex environments.
