摘要

市政自来水中的CaCO3、MgCO3等杂质一经燃气热水器加热就会结垢,影响热水器的热效率和使用寿命.介绍了燃气热水器水垢的分布,以及可能产生的热交换器腐蚀穿孔、燃烧段频繁切换等不利影响.结合简单的CAE仿真结果进行分析,从开发设计及软件控制上提供有效的预防对策.

Abstract

CaCO3,MgCO3 and other minerals in municipal water built up once heated in gas water heater.Water scaling will cut down the thermal efficiency and reduce the service life of gas water heater.This paper introduces the distribution of scaling in gas water heater,the corrosion and perforation in heat exchangers,frequent switching of combustion section and other possible adverse effects.Combined with the simple CAE simulations,it analyzes and provides effective prevention countermeasures in design development and software control.
