目前燃气公司检修人员在使用肥皂水定位管道微泄漏点过程中面临气泡稳定性差、泡沫量不足等问题.为了解决这些问题,燃气公司需要研制出一种与肥皂水具有类似功效的水溶液(气体检漏剂)作为替代品.对照传统肥皂水,试验设计配制了不同添加剂(甘油、十二烷基硫酸钠、改性硅树脂聚醚微乳液)、不同比例的水溶液(气体检漏剂),进行燃气管道泄漏点定位效果对比试验,从产生的气泡大小和气泡维持时间等方面,来探究其最优配比.该研究可为快速准确地定位燃气泄漏点,提升抢修效率提供有效的方法和科学依据.
Research on Micro-leakage Localization in Gas Pipeline Based on the Optimization of the Gas Leakage Detection Agent Ratio
In order to address the issues faced by gas company's maintenance personnel when using soap solution to locate micro-leakage points in pipelines,such as poor bubble stability and insufficient foam volume,gas company needs to develop a water-based solution(gas leakage detection agent)with similar efficacy to soap solution as an alternative.By testing different additive(glycerin,sodium dodecyl sulfate and polyether modified silicone)and different concentrations of water-based solutions(gas leakage detection agent),it conducts comparative tests on the effectiveness of locating leakage points in gas pipeline,the optimal ratio was explored from the foam volume and duration of bubble.This research provides an effective method and scientific basis to locate gas leakage points quickly and accurately,thereby improves repair efficiency.
