牙周相关细胞中NLRP3炎症小体对牙周炎影响及相关靶向治疗的研究进展

摘要
NOD 样受体家族含 pyrin 结构域蛋白 3(NOD-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing protein 3,NLRP3)炎症小体是一种蛋白质复合体,可促进Caspase的活化和IL-1β的成熟,在多种炎症的发生、发展过程中起促进作用.牙周炎(periodontitis,PD)的发生与牙周组织的菌群失调有关,NLRP3炎症小体参与中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)和人牙周膜成纤维细胞(human periodontal liqament fibroblast,HPLF)的活化过程.该文归纳了相关免疫细胞及基质细胞的NLRP3炎症小体对PD的影响,并简述了与NLRP3炎症小体相关的PD治疗新思路.
Abstract
NOD-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is a protein complex that stimulates the activation of caspase and the maturation of IL-1β,and promotes the pathogenesis and development of various inflammations.The occurrence of periodontitis(PD)is related to the dysbacteriosis of periodontal tissue.NLRP3 inflamma-somes are involved in the activation of neutrophil,macrophage,osteoclast(OC),and human periodontal ligament fibroblast(HPLF).This review summarizes the effects of NLRP3 inflammasome in the related immune and stromal cells on PD,and outlines new ideas for PD treatment targeting NLRP3 inflammasome.
