摘要
肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)是一个存在于肿瘤细胞周围的复杂的细胞环境.由肿瘤细胞、免疫细胞和基质细胞构成,在肿瘤发生中起着至关重要的作用.在肿瘤浸润的免疫细胞中,特别是髓样细胞[主要包括肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophage,TAM)、肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)、DC、肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(tumor-associated neutro-phil,TAN)和骨髓源性抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cell,MDSC)]在数量和功能上都是一个突出的组成部分,可以影响肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移和死亡,具有促癌与抑癌的复杂的双重调节作用.该文对TME中多种髓样细胞调控肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发生、发展的进展进行综述.
Abstract
The tumor microenvironment(TME)is a complex cellular environment around tumor consisting of tumor cells,im-mune cells,and stromal cells,which plays a crucial role in tumorigenesis.Among tumor-infiltrated immune cells,a major composition and functional significant population is the myeloid cells(including tumor-associated macrophage[TAM],mast cell[MC],DC,tumor-associated neutrophil[TAN],and myeloid-derived suppressor cell[MDSC]).They have a complex du-al regulatory role in both cancer promotion and suppression and affect tumor growth,invasion,metastasis,and death.This re-view focuses on the research progress of how multiple myeloid cells in the TME regulate the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).
