Treatment of High Salt Wastewater and Recovery of Phosphate by Low Temperature Chemical Precipitation and Freezing Concentration Crystallization
The low temperature chemical precipitation and freezing concentration crystallization were used to treat simulated phosphate wastewater and investigate the effects of process parameters such as influent concentration,temperature,pH and crystallization time,etc.on phosphate recovery efficiency.The results showed less Ca3(PO4)2 precipitates when CaCl2 is added at a low temperature,and the treatment effect is poor,but the precipitation can be increased by adding alkali to increase pH.More phosphate crystals precipitates under freezing concentration treatment,and the amount of precipitated phosphate increases with the increase of ice formation rate.
