Abstract
The application,demand,production process,supply,advantages,pigment properties,technical standards,trace elements,application and coloring in coatings,safety management,environmental protection as well as the future development of the iron oxide pigments were illustrated,that provided the reference for the development of the functional and green iron oxide pigments,the expansion of the application fields as well as the improvement of the industrial level and economic benefits of the iron oxide pigments.
