Research on Process Reengineering and Quality Control of Printing and Dyeing Enterprises Based on Reverse Management
With the tightening of environmental protection and the increase of emission standards,printing and dyeing enterprises are facing increasing market competition pressure.In order to improve the quality management and sustainable development of printing and dyeing enterprises,reverse management technology are used to control the problems of process flow and enhance relevant personal education.The research results show that people plays an important role in lean management.By controlling the quantity,quality,and timing of energy loss and error during the process flow,the internal management level and external competitiveness of printing and dyeing enterprises can be improved.Reverse management can correct and control the problems of printing and dyeing enterprises which is conductive to solving the management problems of printing and dyeing enterprises and meeting the requirements of green and low-carbon transformation.
