β型及γ型C.I.颜料红170的制备研究

采用溶剂法对C.I.颜料红170进行重结晶颜料化工艺研究,探究在甲醇和乙醇溶剂中颜料化处理时,热处理时间对颜料性能的影响.研究结果表明,在甲醇和乙醇中分别进行颜料化处理时,C.I.颜料红170的晶型均从α型转变为β型,经水热处理后再用甲醇进行颜料化处理,C.I.颜料红170的晶型则从α型转变为γ型.经过溶剂颜料化处理后,颜料样品的平均粒径可减小至0.752 μm,同时颜料的亲水性增强,鲜艳度及流动度显著提高,着色强度可达195.31%.
Preparation of β-Type and γ-Type C.I.Pigment Red 170
In this paper,the solvent recrystallization process of C.I.Pigment Red 170 was studied.And the effect of heat treatment time on the pigment properties when pigmentation was carried out in methanol and ethanol solvents was investigated.The results showed that the crystalline form of C.I.Pigment Red 170 was transformed from α-type to β-type during the pigmentation in methanol and ethanol,respectively.After hydrothermal treatment and pigmentation in methanol,the crystalline form of C.I.Pigment Red 170 changed from α-type to γ-type.After solvent pigmentation,the C.I.Pigment Red 170 showed a small particle size(0.752 μm),an enhanced hydrophilicity and increased vividness and fluidity.And the tinting intensity could reach up to 195.31%.
