荧光染料9-乙酰基-8-羟基-4,8-二甲基-2H,8H-[2,3-f]吡喃并色烯-2-酮的合成与表征

摘要
利用8-甲酰基-7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素与乙酰丙酮在哌啶催化下的缩合反应,合成了一种新的荧光染料9-乙酰基-8-羟基-4,8-二甲基-2H,8H-[2,3-f]吡喃并色烯-2-酮.通过IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和MS确证了该荧光染料的化学结构.
Abstract
A new fluorescent dye 9-acetyl-8-hydroxy-4,8-dimethyl-2H,8H-[2,3-f]pyranochromen-2-one was synthesized by using the condensation reaction between 8-acyl-7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin and acetylacetone catalyzed by piperidine.The chemical structure of the synthesized fluorescent dye was confirmed by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS.
