Application of Blackcurrant Vegetable Dyes on Aidelaisi Silk Fabric
Blackcurrant is now a major cash crop that is extensively planted in Xinjiang. In order to learn the blackcurrants'dyeing effects on Aidelaisi silk, the dried fruits should be ground into powder and extracted into vegetable dyes by adding pectinase solution. The dyeing experiments were carried out on silk fabrics by means of direct dyeing,pre-mordant dyeing, bathing mordant dyeing,as well as post-mordant dyeing. Then, the mordants ferrous sulfate, aluminum sulfate, stannous chloride and copper sulfate were required to be added respectively. The numerical descriptions of L,a,b and K/S in different dyeing processes were compared and the color fastness,anti-ultraviolet and bacteriostasis were verified.
