摘要

黑加仑是新疆目前种植面积较为广泛的经济作物.为了考察黑加仑对艾德莱斯绸织物的染色应用,采用干燥果打粉研磨,加入果胶酶溶液提取成植物染料,对丝织物进行染色试验.试验采用了直接染色、预媒染法染色、同浴媒染法染色和后媒染法等多种方法,分别掷入媒染剂硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、氯化亚锡和硫酸铜,对比了不同染色工艺下的L、a、b和K/S数值,并验证其色牢度、防紫外线和抑菌作用.

Abstract

Blackcurrant is now a major cash crop that is extensively planted in Xinjiang.In order to learn the blackcurrants'dyeing effects on Aidelaisi silk,the dried fruits should be ground into powder and extracted into vegetable dyes by adding pectinase solution.The dyeing experiments were carried out on silk fabrics by means of direct dyeing,pre-mordant dyeing,bathing mordant dyeing,as well as post-mordant dyeing.Then,the mordants ferrous sulfate,aluminum sulfate,stannous chloride and copper sulfate were required to be added respectively.The numerical descriptions of L,a,b and K/S in different dyeing processes were compared and the color fastness,anti-ultraviolet and bacteriostasis were verified.
