高级氧化技术处理有机废水综述

在农药、涂料等精细化工企业的生产过程中,容易产生大量有毒、难降解的有机污染物,如何处理污水使其达标排放是化学工业必须解决的问题.高级氧化技术(AOPs)是处理难降解有机废水最具应用前景的方法之一.AOPs的原理是通过输入外界能量(光能、电能等)和物质(O3、H2O2 等),产生氧化性极强的羟基自由基(OH·),将废水中的有机污染物氧化成 CO2、H2O 和无机盐等.综述了几种有实用化前景的AOPs技术,发现AOPs的研究将主要集中在降低成本、能耗方面,并且多种AOPs复合处理技术以及AOPs复合传统处理技术将会是大规模工业化应用的一个方向.
Overview of Advanced Oxidation Technology for Treating Organic Wastewater
In the production process of pesticides,coatings and other fine chemical enterprises,a large amount of toxic and undegradable organic pollutants are easily generated.How to deal with wastewater to meet the discharge standards is a problem which chemical industry must solve.Advanced oxidation technology(AOPs)is one of the most promising methods for treating undegradable organic wastewater.The principle of AOPs is to continuously input external energy(such as light and electricity)and substances(such as O3 and H2O2,etc.)to generate highly oxidizing hydroxyl radicals(OH·),which oxidize organic pollutants in wastewater into CO2,H2O and inorganic salts,etc.This article reviewed several AOPs technologies with practical prospects.It was found that the researches on AOPs were mainly focused on reducing costs and energy consumption.Moreover,multiple AOPs composite treatments technologies and AOPs composite traditional treatments technology will be a direction for large-scale industrial application.
