随着经济、社会和科技的发展,人们对服饰和色彩的追求更具新奇性、个性化、多样化、功能化和高端化,因而光致变色染料应运而生,并广泛应用于服饰、建筑、医疗、信息存储、钞票、有价证券、保密文件、防伪印刷品、国防技术等领域和市场.光致变色染料在光致变色反应中生色过程和褪色过程的速度(灵敏度)、热稳定性以及抗疲劳性(可循环次数)是决定光致变色染料实际应用的重要因素.本文分析了常见的光致变色染料——螺吡喃、螺硫吡喃、螺噁嗪、萘并吡喃、俘精酸酐、二芳乙烯类等的分子结构特性,重点探讨了几种常见光致变色染料的合成工艺,并对其技术发展趋势进行了分析总结.
The Syntheses of Photochromic Dyes
With the development of economy,society,and technology,people's pursuits for clothing and color have become more novel,personalized,diversified,functional,and superior quality.Therefore,photochromic dyes have been developed and are widely used in the fields of clothing,construction,medicine,information storage,banknote,marketable securities,confidential documents,anti-counterfeiting printing,and national defense technology.The speed(sensitivity),thermal stability,and fatigue resistance(number of cycles)of the color generation and fading process of photochromic dyes in photochromic reactions are important factors,and they will determine the practical application of photochromic dyes.The molecular structural characteristics of common photochromic dyes,such as spiropyran,spirothiopyran,spiroxazine,naphthopyran,phthalic anhydride,diarylethenes were analyzed.And the synthesis processes of these common photochromic dyes were discussed,their technological development trends were also discussed.
