摘要
分散染料生产过程中产生的大量废水一直是行业难题.据估计,生产 1 t分散染料,一般需要排放约20 t母液水和几十吨洗涤水.若直接排放,会对环境造成很大的影响.本文对母液回收利用和滤饼多级套洗的方法进行了详细的阐述,并通过试验验证,母液回收利用和多级套洗不会影响滤饼的品质,同时大大减少废水的排放量,符合绿色环保的要求.
Abstract
A large amount of waste water produced in the production of disperse dyes has been a problem perplexing the dye industry.It is estimated that it usually discharges about 20 tons of mother liquor and dozens of tons of washing water to produce one ton of disperse dye.It will have a great influence on the environment if discharged directly.In the paper,the methods of mother liquor recovery and multistage washing were described in detail,and it was proved by experiment that the quality of dyes will not be affected by mother liquor recovery and multistage washing.At the same time,the discharge of wastewater is greatly reduced which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
