Preparation of COF Nanofiltration Membrane Based on Sieving Effect and Its Application in Dye Desalting
Ink jet printing requires low salt content and high purity of electronic grade dyes,and commercial crude dyes often contain a lot of inorganic salts,which must be desalted before being used as ink jet printing ink.In this study,three kinds of COF nanofiltration membranes with different pore sizes were prepared on the surface of Al2O3 ceramic substrate by in-situ growth method,and their dyedesalting properties were studied.The results show that the three nanofiltration membranes all have high pure water flux,and the retention rate of the commonly used reactive dyes can reach more than 98%,and the retention rate of NaCl and Na2SO4 is lower than 12%and 21%.The purpose of efficient desalination with high dye retention,low inorganic salt retention and high water flux can be realized.
