摘要

以强酸性三乙胺废水为原料,对三乙胺的回收工艺进行研究.通过三乙胺粗品回收方案的确定,考察了碱的选择、碱的用量和最终脱水的方法.结果表明,采用碱调、蒸馏、精制脱水、渗透汽化膜脱水步骤,控制碱调pH为12时,蒸馏温度100℃,粗品三乙胺 40%质量的32%的液碱精制脱水,再以渗透膜进一步脱水,可以有效回收三乙胺.回收纯度 99%以上,水含量低于0.05%,废液中三乙胺回收率达到96%以上时,回收的三乙胺可以直接循环利用.处理后的废水残液中无三乙胺,废水COD降低91%,为后续进一步处理奠定基础.

Abstract

In this paper,the recovery process of triethylamine was studied by using strong acidic triethylamine wastewater as raw materials.Through the determination of the recovery scheme of triethylamine crude product,the selection of alkali,the amount of alkali and the final dehydration method were investigated.The results showed that the alkali adjustment,distillation,refining dehydration,pervaporation membrane dehydration steps were adopted.When the alkali adjustment pH was 12,the distillation temperature was 100℃,and the crude triethylamine was refined and dehydrated by 32%liquid alkali of 40%weight,and then further dehydrated by pervaporation membrane,triethylamine could be effectively recovered.The purity of the recovered triethylamine was more than 99%,the water content was less than 0.05%,and the recovery rate of triethylamine in the waste liquid was more than 96%.The recovered triethylamine could be directly recycled.There was no triethylamine residue in the residual liquid of the wastewater after treatment,and the COD of the wastewater was reduced by 91%,which laid a foundation for further treatment.
