摘要
食品添加剂着色剂广泛应用于食品、药品及化妆品的着色中.花卉着色是目前为适应新时代个性化发展而诞生的新兴农业发展领域,但目前仍存在对花卉破坏严重、对人体和环境影响大、着色溶液后处理困难等诸多问题.本文主要研究和分析了可食用且易处理的食品添加剂着色剂在花卉着色中的应用情况.
Abstract
The food additive colorants are widely used in the coloring of food,medicine and cosmetics.The flower coloring is a new agricultural field which is born to adapt to the personalized development of the new era,while there are still many problems,such as damages to flowers,great impact on human health and environment,and difficult post-treatment of the coloring solution.The application of edible food additive colorant for flower coloring is analyzed.
