抗癌药物在日本蛇根草中的检测

利用HPLC技术在日本蛇根草中检测到了抗癌药物喜树碱(CPT)和羟基喜树碱(HCPT),而这2种药物是当今世界应用比较广泛的抗癌药物.蛇根草是中国传统的中草药,检测到日本蛇根草中含有CPT和HCPT,为获得这2种抗癌药物提供了新的生药途径,同时也为利用基因工程手段提高蛇根草中CPT和HCPT含量奠定了基础.
Distribution of anticancer drug in Ophiorrhiza japonica
The anticancer drug Camptothecin (CPT) and Hydroxycamptothecin (HCFT) were detected in Ophiorrhiza japonica by high-performance liquid chromatngram (HPLC). The discovery of CPT and HCPT in such a Chinese traditional herb might provide a new approach to produce CPT and HCPT, which also served as an alternative model experimental system for studying CPT biosynthesis and even improving CPT content by genetic engineering in the future.
