制备了一种铈-金属有机框架/炭黑(Ce-MOF/CB)纳米复合材料,将其修饰于玻碳电极(GCE)上,用于对5-羟色胺(5-HT)的电化学测定.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线谱仪(EDS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对Ce-MOF/CB进行了表征.电化学实验结果表明:Ce-MOF/CB对5-HT的电化学氧化具有良好的电催化活性.5-HT的峰电流与该物质的量浓度在6.77×10-8~1.00×10-5 mol∙L-1内呈线性关系,检测限(LOD)达1.0×10-8 mol∙L-1(信噪比S/N=3).
Preparation of Ce-MOF/CB nanocomposite and its application for electrochemical determination of 5-hydroxytryptamine
A cerium-metal organic framework/carbon black(Ce-MOF/CB)nanocomposit was prepared and modified on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode(GCE)for the electrochemical determination of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT).The scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were chosen for the characterization of the composite.The electrochemical experimental results indicate that Ce-MOF/CB nanocomposite has good electrocatalytic activity for the electrochemical oxidation of 5-HT.The oxidation peak currents are linear to the concentration of 5-HT from 6.77×10-8 to 1.00×10-5 mol∙L-1.The detection limit(LOD)was down to 1.00×10-8 mol∙L-1(signal-to-noise ratio S/N=3).
