杂原子掺杂碳点因其优异的性能而备受关注,其中以氮掺杂碳点(N-CDs)的研究最为广泛.N-CDs相较于普通碳点(CDs)具有更高的量子产率和发光性能.优良的水溶性、低毒性、令人满意的生物相容性和良好的组织通透性,令其在生物分析检测、抗菌剂、生物医学成像和疾病治疗中显示出了巨大的应用前景.文章简述了N-CDs的相关性能、合成策略及其在生物医学领域的相关应用.
Synthesis and biological application progress of nitrogen doped fluorescent carbon dots
In recent years,heteroatom-doped carbon dots have attracted much attention due to their superior performances,among which nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs)have been most widely studied.N-CDs have higher quantum yields and luminescent properties compared to ordinary carbon dots.Due to their excellent water solubility,low toxicity,satisfactory biocompatibility,and good tissue permeability,N-CDs have shown great application prospects in biological analysis and detection,antibacterial agents,biomedical imaging,and disease treatment.Herein,the relevant properties and synthesis strategies of N-CDs and related applications in the biomedical field have been briefly reviewed.
