Effects of amendments vermicompost and Bacillus velezensis on soil microbial community structure
In this paper,we improved the silty loam of Chenshan Botanical Garden with vermicompost and Bacillus velezensis. The results showed that, compared with the application of vermicompost alone, the mixed treatment of vermicompost and Bacillus velezensis could improve soil enzyme activity and microbial biomass better. In particular, the combination of vermicompost and Bacillus velezensis improved the soil microbial community more significantly. In terms of the number of bacteria and the diversity, richness and evenness of the community, the mixed treatment was superior to the two single treatments, which increased by 5.35%and 13.81%,1.02%and 2.35%,2.48%and 16.68%,25.22%and 11.99%,respectively.The experimental results also show that the mixed improvement is conducive to the formation of soil beneficial microbial community, and the formation of soil dominant bacterial community can fight against relatively weak pathogen population, destroy or weaken the pathogen,so as to reduce or avoid crop diseases. These results are useful for further exploring the effects of changes in microbial community structure on soil fertility, and provide a reference for improving urban green soil by biological methods.
