Preparation of Bacillus velezensis S3-1 mixed with earthworm manure and study on soil improvement effect
Natural organic fertilizer plays an important role in improving soil fertility and promoting crop growth.Previous research has found that strains the S3-1 with wormcast can significantly improve the soil fertility when applied.On this basis,the experimental plots,vermicompost and commercial bacterial fertilizer were selected,and the improver was prepared according to the proportion.About the effects of the amendments on soil environmental factors,in-situ remediation experiments were carried out for 270 d.The experimental plots were turf plots,commercial bacterial fertilizer plots and vermicompost treatment plots.Control group,vermicompost treatment group,amendment treatment group,S3-1 bacterial solution treatment group and commercial bacterial fertilizer parallel experimental treatment group were set up.The results showed that the increase rate of acid-base neutral phosphatase activity was 25.44%,20.32%and 18.33%,respectively.The growth rate of fungus population was 9.92%,41.98%and 51.65%,respectively,while the growth rate of bacteria population gradually increased from 20.70%-36.12%to 36.12%-80.35%.The activity of urease and sucrase increased significantly under the condition of in situ repair.Microbial amendments can promote the restoration of soil to its natural state in a safer and more environmentally friendly way.This study lays a practical foundation for the wide use of the amendments.
