Transcriptome-based analysis of the effect of the Arabidopsis thaliana tek/ms188 double mutation on pollen wall development
Based on the anther transcriptome data, the regulatory patterns of pollen wall-related genes during anther development in Arabidopsis thaliana tek/ms188 mutant were analyzed.Compared with the wild-type transcriptome data,a total of 1 588 differentially expressed genes were detected in the tek/ms188 mutant,of which,211(13.3%)were up-regulated and 1 377(86.7%)were down-regulated.GO enrichment analysis enriched a total of 1 139 differential genes, with 176 up-regulated(15.5%)and 963 down-regulated(84.5%).The differential genes were mainly concentrated in the pollen tube growth and cell wall regulation processes in biological processes(46.6%).In pollen tube clustering,a large number of down-regulated genes were mainly concentrated in cell wall composition. At the same time,KEGG analysis found that there was a specific expression of UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase(USP)in the metabolic pathways of pentose and gluconate. The preliminary results of this study suggest that genes related to pollen tube wall development are also involved in pollen wall development.By analyzing the effect of the tek/ms1 88 double mutant on male fertility in Arabidopsis thaliana,we will analyze the developmental process of male reproduction in plants in depth, and provide some theoretical support for the research process of the third generation hybrid rice.
