摘要
加快建设农业强国是社会主义现代化强国建设的必然要求,对于丰富中国式现代化道路内涵和为世界贡献农业现代化中国智慧具有重要意义.农业强国是一个国际比较语境下包含多维内容的综合性概念范畴,具有农业供给保障能力强、现代农业生产体系强、现代农业经营体系强、现代农业产业体系强、农业国际竞争能力强、农业可持续发展能力强等基本特征.当今世界,农业强国虽然具有差异化的建设道路,但呈现农业劳动生产率水平高、经济社会整体发展水平高、农业科技进步贡献率高、农产品品牌竞争优势显著、农业支持保护政策体系健全等普遍规律.我国在加快建设农业强国的过程中,应当将世界农业强国建设的一般经验同中国农业农村的发展实际有机结合起来,走出一条具有中国特色的农业强国建设道路.
Abstract
Accelerating the construction of an agricultural power is an inevitable requirement for building a powerful socialist modernized country.It is of great significance to enrich the connotation of the Chinese-style modernization path and contribute to the world with China's wisdom in agricultural modernization.Agricultural power is a comprehensive conceptual category that includes multidimensional content in the context of international comparison.It is a comprehensive category that includes strong agricultural supply guarantee capacity,a strong modern agricultural production system,a strong modern agricultural management system,a strong modern agricultural industry system,strong agricultural international competitiveness,and strong agricultural sustainable development capacity.Although the construction of a powerful agricultural country has different paths of development,they generally exhibit high levels of agricultural labor productivity,overall economic and social development,significant contribution of agricultural technological progress,significant competitive advantages in agricultural product branding,and well-established agricultural support and protection policy systems.In the process of accelerating the construction of an agricultural power in China,it is essential to organically integrate the general experience of building a world agricultural power with the actual development of agricultural rural areas in China,and embark on a path of building an agricultural power with Chinese characteristics.
