摘要
脱贫攻坚战已取得决定性胜利,农业的工作重心转向解决农业质量效益偏低和竞争力不强的矛盾之上,在"双循环"格局下谋求智慧农业与农业高质量发展耦合已成为中国全面推进乡村振兴战略的突破口.本研究以智慧农业与农业高质量发展耦合的内在机理为逻辑起点,构建了这两大系统的耦合协调测算模型,并采用全国范围的数据进行了实证分析.实证结果显示,近年来,中国智慧农业与农业高质量发展都呈现稳定上升的趋势,二者之间的耦合协调互动影响十分显著,处于高水平的耦合并持续强效的阶段,耦合协调度也在调整中不断提升.要促进两大系统的健康协调发展,就需要以现代物流体系为载体,强化智慧农业需求动力,提升政府引导智慧农业力度,提高农业国际贸易水平,发展适合本地实际的智慧农业模式,实现农业高质量发展.
Abstract
Decisive achievements have been made in the fight against poverty,and the focus of agricultural work has shifted to solving the contradiction between poor agricultural quality and efficiency and low competitiveness.A variety of problems still exist in the course of China's agricultural development.Therefore,under the"Dual Circulation"pattern,seeking the coupling of intelligent agriculture and high-quality agricultural development has become the breakthrough point of promoting the rural revitalization strategy in an all-round way.Based on the internal mechanism of coupling of intelligent agriculture and high-quality agricultural development,this paper constructs the coupling coordination model of these two systems,and uses the data from the whole country to make an empirical analysis.The empirical results show that in recent years,China's intelligent agriculture and high-quality agricultural development have shown a steady upward trend,the coupling and interaction between the two is very significant,at a high level of coupling and sustained strong stage,the coupling coordination degree is also improving in the adjustment.To promote the healthy and coordinated development of the two systems,it is necessary to take the modern logistics system as the carrier,strengthen the demand power of intelligent agriculture,enhance the efforts of the government to guide intelligent agriculture,and raise the level of international agricultural trade,develop intelligent agricultural models suitable for local conditions to achieve high-quality agricultural development.
