摘要
本文依据国家实施粤港澳大湾区建设战略,锚定推进中国式现代化及新型现代化建设并在改革开放的道路上继续走在中国前列的使命任务,根据粤港澳大湾区经济发展的实际情况以及区位、科技、人才等优势,分析了湾区减灾产业集聚、升级和高质量发展对区域经济的拉动作用.得出建议性结论:搭建减灾产业发展平台,促进企业信息畅通;打造大湾区"中国减灾产业园区"和大湾区"中国减灾产品"研发基地、生产基地、物流中心;构建减灾产业国际标准体系和具有国际竞争力的新型现代化产业体系,统筹国内、国际双循环,促进大湾区新发展格局的形成并使减灾产业成为大湾区经济发展的新引擎、新增长极,进而实现减灾产业做大做强、高质量发展.
Abstract
Based on the national strategy for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,with a focus on promoting the construction of Chinese modernization and new modernization,while continuing to lead China's path of reform and opening up,this paper analyses the pulling effect of the clustering,upgrading and high-quality development of disaster mitigation industries in the Greater Bay Area on the regional economy,based on the actual situation of the economic development of the Greater Bay Area,as well as the advantages of the region's location,science and technology and human resources,and the role of disaster mitigation industries in the Bay Area.Suggestive conclusions are drawn:to establish a platform for the development of disaster mitigation industries and promote smooth information flow among enterprises;to create the"China Disaster Mitigation Industrial Park"in the Greater Bay Area and the"China Disaster Mitigation Product"R&D base,production base and logistics centre in the Greater Bay Area.It will also build an international standard system for disaster mitigation industry and a new modern industrial system with international competitiveness,coordinating the dual circulation of domestic and international markets,promoting the formation of a new development pattern in the Greater Bay Area,and making the disaster mitigation industry a new engine and growth pole for the economic development of the Greater Bay Area,and thus achieving the expansion,strengthening,and high-quality development of the disaster mitigation industry.
