摘要
当前经济形势复杂多变,数字经济所表现出的适应性强、灵活度高、渗透速度快等特点有助于我国在面对市场波动、技术钳制等冲击时提升高技术产业韧性.选取2012-2021年我国省级面板数据,对数字经济发展提升高技术产业韧性的直接影响、非线性影响、空间溢出效应、中介效应和异质性进行实证检验.研究发现:数字经济发展对高技术产业韧性提升具有直接提升效应与倒U的非线性正相关关系,并对相邻省份的高技术产业韧性提升具有空间溢出效应;数字经济发展能通过提高技术创新水平进而提升高技术产业的韧性;数字经济发展对我国东部地区的高技术产业韧性的影响最为显著;在产业结构升级程度更高与全要素生产率更高的地区,高技术产业韧性对于数字经济的刺激反应更加明显.
Abstract
The current economic situation is complex and volatile.The adaptability,flexibility,and fast penetration of the digital economy can help enhance the resilience of high-tech industries in China when facing market fluctuations,technological constraints and other impacts.By selecting provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021 in China,empirical tests have been conducted on the direct impact,nonlinear impact,spatial spillover effects,intermediary effects,and heterogeneity of digital economy development in promoting the resilience of high-tech industries.The research findings indicate that the development of the digital economy has a direct promoting effect on enhancing the resilience of high-tech industries and exhibits an inverted U-shaped nonlinear positive correlation.It also has a spatial spillover effect on the resilience of high-tech industries in neighboring provinces.Furthermore,the development of digital economy can enhance the resilience of high-tech industries by raising the level of technological innovation,and the impact of digital economy development on the resilience of high-tech industries in the eastern region of China is particularly significant.In regions with higher levels of industrial structure upgrading and higher total factor productivity,the stimulating reaction of high-tech industry resilience to the digital economy is more pronounced.
