As a knockout product of"the Belt and Road Initiative",China-Europe Railway Express has promoted the development of trade between China and the Central and Eastern European Countries(CEECs).Adhering to market principles is crucial for the high-quality construction of the Belt and Road,and is also an inevitable trend for the China-Europe Railway Express to further promote trade cooperation between China and CEECs.Based on the theory of industrial organization and the idea of the two-way determination of enterprise behavior-market performance-market structure,this study examines the current development status of China-Europe Railway Express routes to or from Central and Eastern European Countries.It has been found that the market-based operation mechanism will stimulate the internal driving force of the construction of China-Europe Railway Express and the trade cooperation between China and CEECs.It holds that improving the market-oriented operation mechanism is an important principle that will encourage more Chinese enterprises to implement the"going global strategy",strengthen cooperation on information,digital economy and green energy industries between China and CEECs,and improve the service industries such as cross-border fund clearing and settlement.At the same time,these achievements will further deepen the market mechanism of the China-Europe Railway Express.
