摘要
"包容性增长"是指经济增长不仅关注经济总量的增加,还强调增长的质量和效果,即在经济增长的同时,提高人民的生活质量、促进社会公平和可持续发展.本文使用熵权法来衡量包容性增长水平,以中欧班列开通为准自然实验,运用异质性双重差分法研究中欧班列开通对沿线国家包容性增长的促进作用,并对这种促进效应进行了分析,以探讨中欧班列对包容性增长的作用机制.研究结果表明,中欧班列的开通对沿线国家的包容性增长产生了积极影响,并且在进行安慰剂检验后,结果仍旧成立.本文的结论为"一带一路"建设的高质量发展提供依据,因此,未来应继续推动中欧班列的健康发展,以实现沿线国家更为广泛和深入的包容性增长.
Abstract
"Inclusive growth"refers to the fact that economic growth not only focuses on the increase of total economic output,but also emphasizes the quality and effect of growth,i.e.,to improve the quality of life of the people,promote social equity and sustainable development at the same time of economic growth.This paper uses the entropy power method to measure the level of inclusive growth,takes the opening of the China-Europe freight trains as a quasi-natural experiment,and applies the heterogeneous double-difference method(CSDID)to study the promotional effect of the opening of the China-Europe freight trains on the inclusive growth of the countries along the route,and analyzes this promotional effect,in order to explore the mechanism of the China-Europe freight trains'role in the inclusive growth.The results of the study show that the opening of the China-Europe freight trains has a positive impact on the inclusive growth of the countries along the route,and the results still hold after the placebo test.The findings of this paper provide a basis for the high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"construction,and therefore the healthy development of the China-Europe freight trains should be continued in the future in order to realize broader and deeper inclusive growth in the countries along the route.
