摘要
经济体制改革是全面深化改革的重点,进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化必须把握深化经济体制改革这个重点.如何深化经济体制改革?需要在三个维度上进行总结和分析:必须理清其演进历史,把握未来深化改革的方向;必须明晰其指导理论变迁,寻求进一步改革的理论创新;必须梳理其实践经历,赋予改革新使命.我国经济体制改革走过了一条渐进式改革之路,使改革取得巨大成功.能够选择这样一条渐进式改革道路,主要是因为探索并形成了把马克思主义基本原理与中国具体实际和中华传统优秀文化相结合的中国特色社会主义理论体系.能够取得改革的巨大成功,又是因为经济体制改革不断地提升人民福祉,调动起广大人民的生产积极性,走出了一条以人民为中心的改革实践路径.
Abstract
Economic system reform is the focus of comprehensive deepening reform.To further deepen reform comprehensively and advance Chinese modernization,it is crucial to grasp the key to deepening economic system reform.The answer of how to deepen economic system reform lies in summarizing and analyzing from the three dimensions:understanding its historical evolution to guide future directions for deepening reforms;clarifying changes in guiding theoretical principles to seek theoretical innovation for further reforms;and reviewing practical experiences to endow reforms with new missions.China's economic system reform has followed a path of gradual change,leading to significant success.The reason for choosing such a gradual approach lies in our exploration and development of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics by integrating basic principles of Marxism with China's specific reality and traditional Chinese culture.Our ability to achieve great success in reform is also attributed to continuous improvements in people's well-being through economic system reforms,which have mobilized widespread enthusiasm for production among the people while charting a path centered on human welfare.
