The Protection of Linguistic Rights of The Deaf in the Judicial Field:Dilemma and Countermeasure
Due to the physiological particularity,the deaf are difficult to use vocal language for barrier-free communication,and in many cases need to communicate through sign language.In the judicial field,it is an objective fact that there exists a communication disorder in language between the deaf and judicial personnel.In order to highlight the justice of law and ensure the objective justice of the judiciary,the linguistic rights enjoyed by the deaf in the judicial field need to be protected by special measures.This paper discusses the language rights of the deaf in the judicial field and the realistic dilemma they face,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
